Q:What is the aftersale service?
A:Rims/Wheels bought from our company can be warranty for 2 years .please use your bicycle in a correct way ,dont crack the rims just to test its stiffness and then ask for a warranty ,we dont accept the man-made sabotage .Warranty is only for problem because of manufacture reson . For normal breaking of rim ,please send here detailed broken photos including id number beside the valve holes.We will replace a new rim for you .
Q:What is the lead time?
A:Preparing time for carbon Rims or Wheelsets is for 14 working days ,if you want to use it for urgent races , please welcome to contact foren before ordering wheels.
